I was browsing through my photos earlier when it struck me how much Wendell has changed in the 6 months we have had the pleasure of his company.  As a pup he was jet black with a small bit of white on his chin and chest.

Now he is very mottled and you can see the grey of his Bedlington half coming through.  His nature is still a mix of both his mum, the Bedlington and the Patterdale who is his dad.

000_0003I can barely remember what life was like without him.  I just love him to bits.  How lucky I was when I came across the advert for him on the internet.  Terry had to get the train to London, to fetch Wendell but it was well worth it.  I wonder what he will look like when he has stopped growing.  See ya, Pen.

Dear Pen, what a magic of growth Wendell has shown us. I am sure he has grown not only with mottled colors, but with strength and courage alike. :D

That is an amazing difference for just 6 months and I bet he still has a little growing to do too

He is gorgeous, but then you know I am a fan of his. He has the type of coat that you can twirl into little curls around your fingers! Big pat for Wendell.

Fate was playing a part in your finding Wendell, Pen. He is as lucky to have you as you are to have him. Here’s to many, many, many memories of your life with Wendell xx
